Shop Policies
As a sole proprietor I do the best I can to fill all orders efficiently and accurately, but as one person it can take some time. I fill retail orders every Monday. Please allow up to 7 days in processing your order; allow an additional 5-7 days for shipping. Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS dependent upon the content of your order. Upon shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number from me; at this point any concern regarding your order would best be logged with UPS or USPS. If an order does not arrive by estimated delivery time and your inquiry request with UPS or USPS has been logged, please email me at charlottecondieart@gmail.com so we can pursue a resolution together.
All art sales are final.
